A teenage attacker killed two women on Thursday with a knife in a mall in the Czech city of Hradec Kralove before being arrested shortly after, the police said.
The police were investigating the reason for the attack in the city 110 km east of Prague.
“Although we were in the scene a few minutes from the report, both victims suffered so serious injuries that they could not be saved despite all the efforts of the responders,” police said in a position in X.
