Murderer sentenced to 52 years in prison for stabbing girl to death

The British man who pleaded guilty this week to murdering three little girls in an attack on one Taylor Swiftthemed dance class in the UK last year was just sentenced to 52 years in prison.
18 years old Axel Rudakubana went to a dance studio last summer and Children attacked He forced his way inside with a knife, killed three girls – a six-year-old, a seven-year-old and a nine-year-old – and injured ten others. He was arrested at the scene, still holding the kitchen knife he used.
Rudakubana – who was 17 at the time of the attack – was charged with murder and attempted murder, as well as manufacturing poison and possessing an al-Qaeda training manual. The poison and the manual were found in his home after the attack. He pleaded not guilty in December but changed his plea to guilty on the first day of his trial on Monday.
The judge could not sentence him to life in prison without parole because Rudakabana was under 18 at the time of the attack. The Associated Press reports The judge ruled he must serve more than 51 years before being considered for parole and “it is likely he will never be released.”
The judge in the case said Rudakubana “wanted to attempt to carry out mass murder of innocent, happy young girls.”
In an Instagram post after the attack, Taylor said told her fans She was “completely shocked”… “They were just little kids in a dance class. I don’t know how I will ever express my condolences to these families.”
