Tom Brady is exploring the possible sale of his 'Billionaire Bunker' mansion in Florida after receiving offers exceeding $150 million, according to reports.
Brady's newly completed pad is located on Florida's Indian Creek Island, the VIP enclave where property values have skyrocketed since Jeff Bezos shelled out $90 million for his third home there last year.
Almost five years since he paid $17 million to acquire the lot with his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen, Bloomberg reports that the legendary NFL quarterback has shown his Creek Island mansion to a small group of potential buyers.
While it hasn't officially been listed on the market, the luxurious two-acre home has already attracted offers of more than $150 million, with talks ongoing and no guarantee they will result in a sale.
If Brady, 47, sells the property for that amount, it would become the biggest home sale in Miami history, surpassing the previous record of $107 million set by billionaire hedge fund manager Ken Griffin when he bought a house in the Coconut Grove neighborhood. in 2022.
The seven-time Super Bowl winner built his expensive home from scratch after purchasing the lot with Bundchen in 2020.

The legendary NFL quarterback has received offers of more than $150 million for the luxury property.
DailyMail.com previously revealed that Brady, who is reportedly worth more than $500 million, contributed nothing toward the purchase of the lot, instead opting to take out a mortgage for the full amount plus the option to borrow another $17 million.
As seen in aerial photographs from above Indian Creek last year, it boasts an enviable garden, where a variety of vegetables and flowers seemed to grow in eight congruent rectangular plots.
Brady recently added a boat dock and pickleball court to the property, which includes its own basketball court, an outdoor infinity pool, and a tree-lined driveway that leads to a multi-car garage.
His house also faces the water and has a golf course behind it. According to The Sun, it is protected by a 13-person private police force.
When he and Bundchen separated in October 2022, the New England Patriots icon took over the building's renovations while his ex-wife moved to purchase her own property across the canal.
Bündchen had paid $1.3 million for a three-bedroom beachfront home in Surfside before going their separate ways, which she had remodeled, according to building records.
She then spent $11.5 million on a five-bedroom, 6,600-square-foot property a few doors down from the smaller house and across the street from her ex-husband's home.
Brady, who ended his career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, moved to South Florida after retiring in 2023.

It includes an outdoor infinity pool surrounded by palm trees that overlooks the water.

Brady paid $17 million to acquire the lot with his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen before their separation in 2022.
This year he embarked on a new career in broadcasting, after signing a 10-year, $375 million deal with Fox Sports.
However, Brady has recently come under fire for what is perceived as a conflict of interest related to his new role as minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders.
His heavy involvement in the search for a new head coach in Las Vegas has led many to question his impartiality as a Fox commentator; even when he worked last Saturday's Commanders-Lions game, shortly after interviewing then-Detroit OC Ben Johnson.
However, despite outrage over his juggling of the two positions, Brady ruled out an early departure from Fox one season into his 10-year, $375 million contract.
During an appearance in FS1 show 'The Pack'He said: “To see what it's like from a different perspective, I've played so many years on the field, I've watched so many games from the sideline, now I'm there in the booth and I watch it.” from a different perspective, and I loved the whole process of diving into all these different teams. It has been a great growth for me in one year.
“I really can't wait to see what year two will be like and beyond.” I have nine years left on my contract and maybe more, you never know…
“If Fox wants me and I want to keep going, we'll keep going, because it's been a lot of fun so far.”
