Philadelphia Eagles suffer major injury blow before NFC championship game as Star Man is ruled out

Philadelphia Eagles star center Cam Jurgens is out for Sunday's NFC championship game against the Washington Commanders with a back injury.

Jurgens was considered a game-time decision and tested his back dressed in football pants during pregame warmups. Ultimately, the professional bowler was deemed not fit enough to play.

His absence means Jalen Hurts will take snaps of a center other than Jason Kelce or Jurgens for the first time in his career with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line.

More to come.
