OJ SimpsonThe estate leads the legal dispute with one of his children. He sued his son because he is supposed to be in Oj's house and refused to go.
Malcolm Lavergne – The lawyer, who acts as a special administrator of OJ's estate, submitted a lawsuit against Primary Holdings, LLC … a company that he says is a operated man of companies Justin SimpsonOj and Nicole Brown SimpsonSon.
According to Lavergne, the main stocks bought the house in which OJ lived when he made in a deal in which the main stocks would have the house to protect OJ's financial interests and protect property against creditor claims.
ML says after Simpson died, Justin moved into the house … and claimed because he is the owner of Primary Holdings, the house is now – and refuses.
But Lavergne says that OJ had never intended to separate the house from the estate, and it was OJ that made the house payments all the time.
Malcolm adds that Justin still lives in the house – although he owned a house nearby that was not as beautiful as OJs – and Justin wants to sake it as his own contradiction to OJs.
As you know … Simpson died in April 2024 to A Fight against prostate cancer. He was 76 years old.
