WWE 2K25 has been officially announced and during most of the world it will fall on March 14, 2024.
The Deadman Edition and The Bloodline Edition are scheduled for world launch on Friday, March 7, 2025, seven days before.
The franchise has been delivering with renewed vigor from the 2K20 disaster. After taking a year of their usual annual launch schedule, the games have exceeded expectations since then.
How will 2k things go this year? The new 2K showcase: the bloodline dynasty, is the first counting of the bloodline saga and a deep immersion in the legacy of the extensive family of fight anoa'i that has dominated our screens during the last four years.
After the successful introduction of war games last year, new types and party stipulations include the underground party, the bloodline rules party and intergenre clashes this time.
The players have the largest WWE 2K list of more than 300 superstars, legends and members of the Hall of Fame to have fun, while Myrise returns for a true professional way.

However, the city's talk is the introduction of 'The Island' of 2K, which serves the first steps in an open world version of this game.
It is an interactive world composed of a series of areas built around different WWE topics, where the objective is to obtain a WWE contract by impressing Roman reigns.
Mail Sport had the opportunity to talk to 2K developers before the announcement of asking some more questions about what we can expect from the game.
Alex McCarthy: I would love to ask about the rumors of doing this open world and even if not, given the wild success of the NBA franchise, how could it be translated? The island seems exciting, but what about a true professional way?
Andrea Listenberger: Yes, I would say he gets excited on the island. We are waiting to really reveal the secrets to a later date.
But Myrise will not go anywhere for this year. You have a unique story on the island. It's not like something you've seen in Myrise, and Myrise is still 2025.
What I will say about the island is that, if Myrise is bringing videogames to wrestling, the history of the island is more like bringing the fight to video games. And that is a bit of the content of the story that you will see there.
Alex McCarthy: One thing in which career fans are the ability to add music to create superstar tickets. It was something we could do many 15 years ago, but is it something that has been explored? Linking with Spotify or even simply deepening the WWE catalog.
Lynell Jinks: It is something that I know we have heard so much every year in these events that we go from you and also our fan base. We wanted.
Unfortunately, it is beyond our control due to legal matters and the way in which the music industry (works) and who possesses the rights of what.
It is a disaster that I do not understand. I wish I would like to get to some kind of conclusion about this, because I think it's great. But until someone else above our salary degree considers it, unfortunately, we cannot support it.

Alex McCarthy: When a franchise has many deliveries, how do the sets of movements, types of coincidences and creation continue to evolve? CREATE-A-FINISHER, etc. It has been so popular in the years, is the future putting more in the hands of the player to stipulate?
Derek Donahue: We have a list of types of games that we are excited to add to the game. Obviously we have to choose every year, but I am very excited about what we managed to obtain this year.
Underground Match is one that excites me extremely. If you think that the war games are a great, how may we possibly put the war games in the game, have to rework many of our systems? The underground party is another example of that.
The idea of a ring without strings has completely overturned how the fight works in the game. And that is something you are going to feel immediately when you enter the game. The interactions on the edge of the ring are completely reworking and this is something that helps both underground matches and fighting outside the sand in Brawl Arenas.
So, all those interactions are really fun. And the other is a big man spectators around the ring. I didn't think we could do it. But there are a multitude of people around the ring, they are reacting, they are hitting the mat, they move out of the way when they throw you from the ring. It is chaos when you play an underground game.
So really excited about that, and Bloodline rules, you know, take a game that is based on the idea of obtaining a backup on the walks, and one by one one soon becomes a massive fight. The way in which the rules of the bloodline intensify is extremely exciting for me.
We have had a limit of eight characters for a long time. So, the idea of how we put all these people around the ring. A lot of engineering magic was needed to work, and it is something that I am excited to see that we can build in the future. But the alignment we can get this year, I am really excited to see people have the game in their hands and, only the idea that the ring has no strings, it has no corners.
Much of the game for decades has been built with those assumptions, and we are talking, not only the player's interactions, but the AI and all that. So, to be able to develop how the fight within the ring can work. What happens when people interact with ring edges? All that is that it has a lot of new animations, a lot of new interactions that I am really excited to see people, both in underground games and in fights too.
