Manchester United is approaching the firm of the star of Lecce, Patrick Dorgu.
Mail Sport revealed on Monday that United and Lecce held positive conversations about an agreement worth up to £ 30 million, including accessories for defender Dorgu.
United has attacked Dorgu, 20, to help reinforce that area and the talented International Denmark is approaching the first firm of the Portuguese.
Now, as the conversations continue, a doctor has been reserved before moving to Old Trafford.
Lecce rejected an initial offer of £ 16.8m plus £ 4.2 million in accessories before United increased its offer during more informal discussions.
United is anxious to improve his wing options, with the manager Ruben Amorim committed to doing his training 3-4-3 favored in Old Trafford.

Dorgu International Denmark began 21 of the Games of the Lecce Serie A this season, including Sunday 4-0 defeat at home to Inter Milan.
That result left Lecce only one point above the descent zone and President Damiani made it clear that he does not want to damage the club's survival chances selling star players at this stage of the season.
Dorgu, 20, has 6 feet 2 inches high, has four caps for Denmark and can also play as an extreme.
Initially, United had attacked Nuno Mendes in Paris Saint-Germain, but that was always a difficult treatment due to spending. Milos Kerkez of Bournemouth was another consideration, but again it would not be sold at a low price.
Dorgu's contract with the A expired series in 2029.
He started in his youth career in the Husum Boldklub team, based in Copenhagen, before moving to the Nordsjaelland Youth Academy.
In 2022 he signed for Lecce and a year later he was promoted to the senior team, making his debut in August 2023 in Coppa Italia.
Since then it has been established as a regular of the first team. He has started all but one of the Lecce League games this season, with which he missed due to a red card.

Amorim's ability to review the team has been restricted this month due to the challenging considerations of profits and sustainability of the club.
Until now, the big money flow has been the only important outgoing, last week he joined Real Betis on loan for the rest of the season.
