And that is where we reach the blood, because we all know Juan Antonio Samaranch's father: he monopolized the presidency from 1980 to 2001 and, in these parts, the old blood will always have an advantage.
That would be a doubtful, safe aspect. A stinky. But it is also only part of the blood problem around Samaranch, and the other is the worst element.
