Aston Villa has confirmed that the new signing Marcus Rashford will use his shirt No. 9 for the rest of the season.
Rashford joined Villa del Manchester United over the weekend in an initial loan agreement until the end of the season.
The agreement also includes an option for Villa firm to permanently front by a rate prior to chords, understood that it is £ 40 million.
Rashford had used the NO 10 shirt in United since the summer of 2018. He had two other squad numbers during his United Senior career, making his debut in the first team with 39 on the back, before being promoted to no 19 at the beginning of the beginning of the 2016-17 season.
No 10 was available upon arrival of Rashford to Villa Park, since Emiliano Buendia used it for the last time, who left the club last week when he joined the German champions Bayer Leverkusen on loan.
However, Rashford was assigned to the recently unoccupied shirt by Jhon Duran after the transfer of the Colombian striker of £ 65 million to the Saudi Pro League al-Nassr team.
