Arrested for Dui after lambo put on tensile traces

Marcus Jordan Was arrested for Dui on Tuesday after the police claimed that he had drunk his Lamborghini -SUV in the city after a night in the city.
Officials wrote in police documents that were preserved by TMZ SportThe scene played everything around 1:14 a.m. in Maitland, Fla.
According to the documents, the police noticed Jordan's headlights on a railway … And when they approached his expensive journey, there were signs of shotgings and kick-up rocks-which he pointed out that he had tried to get out of the area . But couldn't.
The officers suspected that Jordan had just fled from a nearby traffic stop … and during the survey they say that a strong smell of alcohol ran out of his person.
Jordan allegedly told the police that he took the wrong turn and needed help to get his car from the tracks. COPS said that he spoke all the time, they noticed that the sudden language and red bloodbidding/glassy eyes.
Jordan was ordered from his car, the Docs state, and although they were initially not cooperative, the authorities said to ultimately get him out.
They claim that Jordan had admitted to being in a Gentleman's club earlier in the evening – and consuming alcoholic drinks. However, the police, Jordan, said it was found that his BAC was below the legal limit of 0.08.
The Docs state Jordan carried out three fields of soberness tests … but none of the trio – and was then arrested for Dui. During a subsequent search of his pants, officials in the police report wrote that they found a white powdery substance in his pocket, which tested positively for cocaine.
The police say that Jordan was combative when they tried to put him in the patrol car … and when they finally brought him to prison and transported him to a nearby prison, he “sang all the way”.
Jordan supposedly refused to deliver breath samples after the detention.
The 34-year-old son of Michael Jordan Was finally booked on three separate charges – Dui crash with damage to property, possession of cocaine and resistance to an officer without violence. He is still behind bars and is waiting for a hearing.
