Look at it … Tourists took a moment to use Potus' official residence when a man dressed in black gave up the metal fence around the popular landmark.

Spectators could hardly believe their eyes when the courageous looky looo scale the high-towering barrier … with a witness told the word “brother” incredulously.
While the Prowler made it to the top of the fence and briefly stepped his legs over the side, he soon gave up his mission and came back to the same side … and the officials raved him quickly.
The security personnel from the fence ran directly to the intruder when the sirens sounded in the background … with another tourist that they could even see wax dogs in the distance that approached the fight.
The intruder was surrounded by several officers in less than a minute while he was arrested on the ground. Other officials hurried to the scene in police vehicles to clear the area and led the foot traffic away from the development situation.
