- A legend of Darts has said that Luke Littler should be fined by his recent late show
- The teenager arrived 45 minutes late for a photo session of the Premier League Darts
- Littler also received a violent reaction from the rival of the Michael Van Gerwen World Championship
A legend of Darts has insisted that Luke Littler should face a fine for being late for a photo shoot before this year's Premier League darts.
The eight players had to face the cameras for a photo shoot prior to the event in Belfast on Wednesday afternoon, but Littler arrived 45 minutes late after sleeping too much.
Earlier this week, the seven -time Premier League champion, Michael Van Gerwen, was a vowel in his criticism of Littler, while suggested that PDC bosses were treating the 18 -year -old as a baby.
Van Gerwen said: '45 minutes late, you mean. They need to stop treating it like a baby. He is no longer a baby, now he is 18 years old.
Now, Dennis Priestley has launched more criticisms about 'The Nuck' and said there should be a punishment in the form of a fine that is coming.
“Luke Littler should have been fined late and that would be right, it is a learning experience for him, the fine should be automatic,” he said The sun.

Van Gerwen also criticized Littler, stating that the PDC must stop treating it as a 'baby'
'If you are late for your own event, that's a thing. But when there are seven other players, as well as the staff and the media that have made the effort, it is not good enough no matter what their age.
“Michael Van Gerwen is right to complain, I just hope he has taken Littler aside and has done things properly and quietly, in addition to talking to the media.”
He continued to observe that individualism does not take place in the dart culture, and argued that if it were Gerwyn Price in Littler's position, he would have received a fine.
“The Premier League is a team game in the sense that they are all together for so long and you need to stay together,” Priestley added.
“If it were someone like Gerwyn Price, you think it may have given it a fine and that it shouldn't be different for Littler.”
Littler fell to a 6-4 defeat in his first Darts of the Premier League against Van Gerwen on Thursday night.
Despite the loss, Littler still obtained an impressive average of 113.91 at night, which is a record in Belfast for a defeat.
Before his meeting with Van Gerwen in the Premier League on Thursday, a rematch of the World Championship final, Littler acknowledged that his rival had a point.

Littler admitted that Van Gerwen was not wrong, but insisted that he will let his darts speak
'I always let my darts speak, Littler told Sky Sports. 'But he is not wrong, I was late.
“Now I am 18, I am responsible for my actions and I realized a little.”
The rivalry between Littler and Van Gerwen has been building in recent months and reached a critical point in the World Championship when they met in the final in Alexandra Palace.
Littler won a 7-3 victory to break Van Gerwen's record of being the youngest world champion in history.
