The former West Coast Eagles player, Michael Braun, has published an emotional tribute to former teammate Adam Hunter after the damping of the death of 43 years last week.

Hunter was found that he does not respond in a house in Bunbury, south of Perth, on Wednesday and could not be revived.

With The Footy World in Mourning, Braun shared a series of photographs to social networks in memory of the Premier League player.

Police found Methaphetamine and drugs in the house where Hunter was found dead on Wednesday, it has been informed.

Police have ruled out suicide as a cause of death.

The 43 -year -old AFL star was found in the early hours in a residence in Bunbury, south of Perth, where he grew up and lived after retirement.

Police and paramedics were called to the Hunter residence around 12.20 in Wednesday morning after they found him without responding, but could not be revived.

Hunter was declared dead on the scene, and the WA Police issued a statement saying that death is considered not suspected.

A report will be prepared for the coroner.
