Wayne Rooney questioned Manchester City's decision to allow Kyle Walker to leave the club last month after seeing the men of Pep Guardiola go to a 3-2 defeat of Real Madrid on Tuesday night.
The Walker Club captain informed City that he wanted to explore opportunities in other parts in the early stages of last month's transfer window, and subsequently joined the Italian giants AC Milan on loan.
But Rooney insists that City should have launched more to keep the experienced defender.
