The daughter of a Chelsea legend made her debut for the U-17 team of her national team while continuing in her father's footsteps.

Now 42 years, the Premier League icon spent more than a decade with the blues, joining in 2004 from the French side Rennes and when reaching only less than 500 appearances before moving through London.

After leaving Chelsea, he signed with Arsenal and began to play 139 times in the goal for the Gunners, wearing his famous helmet he had to use due to an injury suffered at the beginning of his career.

Now, although he continues to reach the headlines due to his interest as ice hockey and another work in football, his daughter also follows her steps, with the 17 -year -old playing for Fulham and Chechia.

Adela Cechova, Pet Cech's daughter, made her debut for the Chechia youth team earlier this week against Mexico in the Mima Cup: they will also face England and Scotland.

Cechova is, in contrast to his father, a defender, and his father ended up losing his birth because he was with the Chelsea team before a semifinal of the League Cup.

Cechova is described by his coach, Daniel Syjkal, as “a promising defender” to whom the configuration wants to “know better” during the camp in Spain, where the tournament is celebrated.

She entered during the second half of her team's game against Mexico, although Chechia was on the wrong side of a 3-0 score.

Having lost birth in 2008, Cech told People magazine: 'It was the best day of my life and at the same time the saddest. I was happy to be a father and proud of my wife, but sad for having lost birth.

“My daughter decided that I would come in the middle of the night without me doing anything, so I had to wait stuck to the phone.”

Cech has two children, who also has a son with his wife Martina, and he is in fact a goalkeeper, being part of Fulham's Sub-15 configuration.

It is the same team as his sister, who joined the Andover New Street club, which is a team that Cech has helped train in the past.

According to the Czech Publication Ideas.cz, Cech does not want any of his children to play for Chelsea.
