The seven -time world champion Ronnie O'Sullivan apologized to fans after retiring from another high profile tournament.
O'Sullivan retired from the Wales Open in Llandudno on Tuesday, hours before he was scheduled to play his first round match against Jamie Clarke.
O'Sullivan has not played on the tour since he retired in the middle of his championship league group in January, breaking his example after losing four of his five games.
Later he retired from the teachers in the Alexandra Palace, losing his first round match against John Higgins and the German masters in Berlin.
Taking X, O'Sullivan wrote: 'I realize that many people who bought tickets for some recent pool events will have frustrated when I retired, so I just wanted to apologize to those of you who have been disappointed that I have had. To retire from those tournaments.
'I have been trying to prioritize my health and well -being, which sometimes means making last minute decisions to not play. It is never an easy decision and hate disappointing people.

“I am doing what I can to return to my best moment, and I am grateful for all your support and understanding.”
The 49 -year -old has now retired from six classification tournaments this season. He is ready to compete at the World Open in Yushan at the end of this month.
O'Sullivan cited exhaustion as his reason to miss the Masters last month after participating in an exhausting series of exhibition events abroad.
He told Eurosport: 'It was a really nightmare decision to take.
'Obviously I have been on this three -week trip, playing, and I think I just exhausted.
'(There was) a lot of pressure while I was outside and the accumulation of all that kind of got too much.
“I lost my plot on Thursday and broke my signal, so that cannot be played, so I knew that at that time, the right decision was not to play.”
