Teddi MelleCamp Get sympathy from many people because of her brain tumors, but she is still pulled to court by a former housekeeper … who says that the reality TV star is a nasty racist.
The former star “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” is sued by a woman named Julia Umanana … who claims that she worked as a nanny and housekeeper for Teddi. Ummana claims that Teddy treated her worse than any other celebrity boss.
In the lawsuit received by TMZ, Umana claimed that Teddi has made her employment a living hell by misusing power, creating salary checks, creating an enemy work environment and dealing with racial discrimination and harassment.
Ummana claims that Teddi worked on the bones and treated her worse than other household helpers who were white. She says Teddi accused her of stolen and committed theft – even though there were cameras in the house – and that there was never the same thing for a white, blonde employee.
As an immigrant from El Salvador, Umana claims that Teddi even mocked her because she spoke Spanish … and spoke to her in an evil tone that she never saw how Teddi was used with white workers.
Ummana claims that she finally had enough and said Teddi that she would step down … but she says Teddi put her under pressure to work three, 12-hour shifts … only to pay $ 325. She claims that she complained about the payment and was fired without further ado.
The woman claims that she was wrongly terminated and says Teddi owes her unpaid wages … and she runs Mellencamp for more than $ 2 million compensation.
We turned to Teddi's Camp … they had no comment.
