Everton and Liverpool have been accused by the FA after the chaotic scenes that occurred after the final whistle of the last meseyside derby in Goodison Park.
A massive fight broke out after the 2-2 draw on Wednesday when Curtis Jones de Liverpool faced Abdoulaye Doucoure from Everton after the midfielder of the Toffee celebrated the late equalizer of James Tarkowski in front of traveling fans.
Both players games got involved in the fight, with referee Michael Oliver later showing red cards to Jones and Doucuree for their behavior.
The red card count doubled moments later when the head of the Reds, Arne Slot, and his assistant Sipke Huloff were also sent after facing Oliver in the field.
The FA has now reviewed the incident and has delivered five positions in total to Everton, Liverpool, Slot and Hulff.
A statement that confirms the charges on Friday night said: 'Everton, Liverpool, Arne Slot and Sipke HULSHOFF have been accused after the Premier League match among the clubs on Wednesday, February 12.

'It is alleged that both clubs did not make sure that their players and/or occupants of the technical area did not behave inappropriately and/or provocative after the final whistle.
'Liverpool's manager supposedly acted inadequately and/or used insulting and/or abusive words and/or behavior for the referee of the party and an assistant referee after the game was over.
'It is alleged that the assistant manager of Liverpool acted inadequately and/or used insulting and/or abusive words for an official of the coincidence, which led to his dismissal. It is also alleged that it acted inadequately and/or used insulting and/or abusive words for a party official after being sent.
“Everton, Liverpool, Arne Slot and Sipke HULSHOFF have until next Wednesday, February 19, to provide their respective answers.”
FA's statement did not mention Jones or Doucoure. The couple were shown second yellow cards and is expected to serve prohibitions of a game.
There had been some confusion when Slot and Huloff could serve suspensions.
Initially, the touch line for Sunday's clash with Lobos in Anfield was expected to be banned with another of the Slot attendees, Johnny Heititing, ready to advance to take care of the team.
But Slot and HULSHOFF now have until next Wednesday to respond to the charges against them, and seem to be in the shelter this weekend.
If they accept the charges, both could lose Liverpool's trip to Aston Villa next Wednesday.
Slot has already been expelled this season and could be online for a two -game suspension, which can see him absent from the touch line when Liverpool faces Manchester City in Etihad on February 23.
Speaking Friday morning about the scenes after the game on Wednesday, Slot refused to go into specific details about his confrontation with Oliver, but admitted that he could have handled things differently.
“Emotions surpassed me,” he said. 'If I could do it differently, I would love it. I hope to do it differently next time.
'There were many things that happened in extra time that led me to be emotional, but now there is a process that I have to respect so as not to go into details (what was said).
“There was a VAR check and then five minutes of extra time ended like eight minutes, many things happened that led me to be emotional, but it would not be intelligent to enter each incident.”
