The Adelaide contract to organize a LIV golf tournament should expire next year, which will be the fourth LIV event in the capital of SA.
But in the midst of other Australian cities that present interest for the host, Malinauskas moved to extend the agreement.
The Adelaida de Liv Golf tournament is celebrated at the Grange Golf Club in the suburbs of the West Adelaide, the current tournament, which is attended by more than 100,000 spectators, concludes on Sunday.
But the event will change to the North Adelaide site, which currently has three public courses: a Par-72 course of the championship, a shorter Par-68 course and a Par-3 course.
Malinauskas said the Government would finance redevelopment with exact costs to be determined.
“It is essential to enclose 2028,” Malinauskas told journalists on Sunday.

The event will then change to the North Adelaid Remodelado site, which currently has three public courses
'But beyond that we see another opportunity, we see a great opportunity in northern Adelaida.
'Taking Liv's golf in the city unlocks even more economic potential … We want to facilitate that customers and guests come from the interstatal road and abroad having golf in the CBD in a world championship, Greg Norman designed a field Golf.
“Now we will have something that is globally unique … so that the best golfers in the world wake up in one of the best public golf courses in the world in the middle of a metropolitan city.”
Liv Golf's executive president Scott O'Neil promised the plans.
“One, there is no place where we would prefer to be here in Adelaide,” O'Neil told reporters.
“Number two, the emotion of associating once again with Greg Norman, the best designer of world's golf course and the favorite son of Australia, to offer what we believe will be a world -class golf course.”
The current tournament, which was attended by more than 100,000 spectators, concludes on Sunday
Norman has spent two days this week claims to evaluate Adelaida North designs.
“I am extremely proud of the opportunity that we can breathe a little more than a fresh life in the opportunity here in Adelaida,” Norman told reporters.
