Judge Michael Love said he wanted to see a report of community corrections before sentencing Amone.
The magistrate said he was not considering a custody sentence for the “disgusting and representable” act of Amone, but would prefer to impose more community service to “pay the damage done to the community.”
Amone will be sentenced on February 25.
