Nathan Merritt seems to be ready to face the Court after the police requested an order of violence arrested against former South Sydney Rabbitohs star, according to reports.
The Daily Telegraph states that the order was made by the New Wales del Sur Police on behalf of his wife Faith Phillips.
Phillips and Merritt share several children and it is understood that criminal charges have not been issued.
An informed provisional order against Merritt is already established. The Daily Telegraph He states that “you should not approach Mrs. Phillips for at least 12 hours after drinking alcohol or taking illicit drugs.”
He has also been forbidden to visit the workplace or residence of Phillips.
The 41 -year -old man will now appear at the local court of the Downing Center in Sydney on Wednesday.
The former end enjoyed a distinguished NRL race, making 237 combined appearances for the Rabbitoh and sharks in the NRL, scoring 154 attempts.
