Her representative tells TMZ that she was faced with a judge on Thursday-and luck was on her side when she escaped the 60-day prison sentence to shoot the prosecutors.

Instead, it goes away with one year of probation, random drug tests and 50 hours of non -profit services. On the bright side she has already switched off her Dui school lessons.
