Tennis star Emma Raducanu breaks out in tears while the “fixed” fan takes part

Tennis star Emma Raducanu had to pause her match on Tuesday … after she had an emotional breakdown of the alleged behavior of a fan.

The bizarre scene developed during the inclination of the 22-year-old Karolina in civilian Outside at the Dubai Championships.

Raducanu had started the showdown in order, but after a few minutes on the square she asked for a break, started crying … and then went to the chair.

It was not immediately clear what was going on – the announcements of the game were audibly confused on the show – but later in the day the WTA said in an explanation that Raducanu was obtained about a viewer in the stands.

The org. explained that “a man who showed fixed behavior” had come to the public on Monday … and then appeared to watch her on Tuesday – which caused Emma's outbreak.

According to the WTA, the fan was ejected … and “by all WTA events that were banished until a threat evaluation”.

Raducanu needed about a minute to collect himself when everything played. She finally grabbed a towel, wiped tears and picked up the game again. She continued, 7-6 (6), 6-4.

She did not comment on the matter publicly after the game.

“The security of the players has our top priority, and tournaments are advised on best practices for international sporting events,” added the WTA in its explanation. “The WTA actively works with Emma and its team to ensure their well -being and offer the necessary support. We are still obliged to work with tournaments and your security teams worldwide in order to receive a safe environment for all players.”
