The residents of an English town were evacuated when a great sink swallowed parts of the main street of the city to the edge of the houses.
Surrey County officials declared an important incident on Tuesday after the hole opened at Godstone High Street in the city about 232 kilometers south of London.

The residents of about 30 buildings were evacuated by fears that the collapse could break gas pipes and cause an explosion. A main outbreak of water under the road, cutting the water to the houses.
“It is an absolute nightmare. Party, ”said Tracey Jones, whose daughter, son -in -law and granddaughter were evacuated.
