Arrested for drunk vehicle …

Tony Raines -An MTV reality TV star-was arrested early Sunday morning because he had operated a vehicle while he was intoxicated … TMZ found out.
Raines – a candidate for “The Challenge” and “Real World: Skelette” – was arrested for 1 count of the operation of a vehicle, while he has chopped up, 1 count of the ruthless company and four cases of negligent injuries.
It is unclear what exactly led to his arrest … but sources tell us that Raines was on Saturday evening at a wedding in Hammond, Louisiana, and he went near a nearby restaurant afterwards.
In the restaurant, Tony was supposed to be upset by people … and he supposedly made himself a different man on the dance floor.
We said the other man threw Raines a fist … and then Raines stormed out and drove off. At some point he was arrested elsewhere, which was supposed to go down.
Tony is held on 7,500 US dollars … and, as prison documents say, he is still waiting for the indictment at the time of the publication of this story.
We turned to Tony to get a comment … so far no word back.
