Claudio Echeverri is ready to train Manchester City for the first time later this week before his draw in the fifth round of the FA Cup against Plymouth Argyle.
The midfielder of Argentina Sub-20, who shone in the January South American Championship during his career to the final, has flown to England after signing from River Plate.
Echeverri is not expected to participate in the Pep Guardiola team in preparation for Wednesday night to Tottenham Hotspur.
But the attacking midfielder must train with the team before Plymouth's Saturday visit before potentially a first participation in a team of the day when they face the Liverpool Killers.
