Harris County's sheriff replied, the police said, and Kate told them that Michael threw them from a chairman in her house a few days earlier. The MPs then arrested Michaelto calculate him because of a crime entitled “Continuous violence against the family”.
Michael's lawyer, Andino ReynalBack with the allegations and informed TMZ that Kate is an alcoholic with a criminal record, which includes many confirmed DUI arrests and at least 3 DUI judges.
Reynal says Michael tried to help Kate to give up alcohol for her own well -being and for the benefit of her two little children.
But Reynale says: “When it became clear that Kate would not give up, Michael asked her to pull her out of the guest house in which she had lived – and this (police) accusations followed.”
Reynale calls the time of Kate's allegations “suspicious”. Of course, Michael denied any misconduct.
Ultimately, Reynal believes that Michael is confirmed with a big jury who finds no probable reason for the indictment for him.
