Ravens general manager Eric Decosta has talked about Justin Tucker's future, after 16 massage therapists accused the kicking of inappropriate sexual behavior.
Speaking from the NFL combine, Decosta described the accusations against Tucker “serious and worrying”, and refused to rule out the termination of the player's contract when asked if it was a possibility.
'The accusations are serious, worrying. The amount of accusations is serious and worrying ' He said to journalists.
'I think we are lucky that the League is doing an investigation. We will wait as patiently as we can to obtain as much information as we can, and we will make our decisions based on that. '
Decosta added that he had met with Tucker, but refused to share the details of the conversation.

Decosta said that the team realized the accusations against Tucker when they learned that a local media (Baltimore's banner) was preparing to publish its initial story about him, which finally launched himself on January 30 .
Tucker has been accused of repeatedly exposing his erect genitals during massage sessions, among other accusations.
Two therapists say he brushed them with his penis. More than once, the kicking is also accused of leaving what seemed to be ejaculated at the massage table.
Tucker has denied any irregularity, insisting on an earlier statement that “it did not act inappropriate at any time before, during or after a professional body treatment session.”
“I can't be clearer … These accusations are false and incredibly hurtful for me and, more importantly, my family.”
The Ravens coach John Harbaugh, previously cited a policy of 'zero tolerance' of the team in regards to the players who mistreat women, since Ray Rice was quickly cut in 2014 after a video of him emerged hitting and kicking his then promised (who is now his wife) in an elevator.
Decosta was asked to describe the 'zero tolerance' policy of the franchise on Tuesday, but refused to go into details.
“We look at all cases differently,” he said.
It is said that the alleged incidents occurred between 2012, Tucker's rookie season in Baltimore, and 2016.
Several therapists said that Tucker's sessions ended before or refused to work on him again, and two spas managers said they were forbidden to return. Tucker has denied that he has ever been excluded from any establishment.
A therapist woman said that Tucker stroked her internal thigh during her session. He also provided what he claimed to be an internal memorandum of his experiences with the 2015 Super Bowl winner.
Tucker, 35, recently finished his 13th season at the NFL, all with the Ravens.
The kicker, who is under contract during the 2027 season, made 73.3 percent of his kicks last year.
