Hall has enjoyed a newcastle advance campaign after being used in moderation last season, with the back of return becoming one of Howe's key players.
He has made 34 appearances in all competitions and provided five assists.
Hall also obtained his first two caps in England in November, and was ongoing to be named in the first team of Thomas Tuchel in the first three lions next week.
