The Harlem Rap Star recently was ready to break out of their lines in its old neighborhood for a Vogue photo shoot, with a couple excited Dalmatian !!!
Rocky channeled his inner cruella de Vil with a long, discovered trench coat and smiled – but clearly tried to keep Pongo and Perdita still with one arm.
Rocky has another setting up the street and the cameramener just got the shot in time before the mighty dogs were able to follow. Remember, these dogs are the selected fire breed … not to run a snuff with their strength !!!
