Mike 'Boogie' Malin Is in hot water – again – this time to meet Los Angeles pharmacies and supposedly go without paying for a few things … TMZ has learned.
The BURBANK police authority tells TMZ … The Alaun January 7 “Big Brother” was arrested on January 29 after the officials were sent to several CVS pharmacy locations in San Fernando Valley via shoplifting.
The sources of law enforcement tell us that an employee from the first résumés informed the police officer that he confronted Malin in front of the shop and told him that he had to pay for the objects he had stolen. Malin returned to the store with the objects, put her on the floor and left the premises in his vehicle.
We were told that police officers know that shoplifting often suspects several businesses in the same brand when they commit thefts. Therefore, the police sent an additional unit to a second résumé … where they were unoccupied by vacant vehicle outside the store. The vehicle ran and the danger lamps were switched on. Malin went to the officers minutes later and he was arrested.

According to a witness at the second location of the CV Malin, two bottles of alcohol and energy potions from the pharmacy stone. Police officers tell us that an employee of CVS was signed in a citizens' form because of the alleged theft. The reality star was transported to prison, where he was booked for theft of the offense and later published on a quote.
As we reported … Mike had A handful of problems Over the years, including debts, lawsuits and embezzlement claims.
We made Mike for a comment … so far no word back.
