Travis Kelce has refused to rule out playing beyond the end of his current contract, which expires at the end of the 2025 season.
The 35 -year -old had provided the possibility of getting away from the NFL after the Chiefs were humiliated in the Super Bowl Lix by the Philadelphia Eagles.
Last week it was confirmed, however, that the closed wing would continue to play and on Wednesday Kelce opened why he decided not to retire.
He also hinted that his 13th season with the Chiefs may not be the last. “Kansas City Baby, we are back for at least one more year,” said the wing closed in his podcast, New heights.
'I cannot say whether or not this will be the last year because I still love what I do for the city of Kansas City and the Chiefs organization.
“So I know I have one (year) in my contract and I will give you everything I have.”

Kelce signed a two -year contract and $ 34.25 million, with $ 17 million guaranteed, in April 2024.
There is still a season in that agreement in Kansas City, where Kelce has played his entire career since he was selected in the third round of the 2013 draft.
The closed wing has already won three Super Bowl rings, but admitted that 'disappointed' to his teammates since the Chiefs failed to get a historic peat of three.
'I think the most important thing is that I love playing the football game. I still feel that I can play at a high level and possibly at a higher level than last year, '' he said.
'I don't think it's my best way out. I think I disappointed my boys in many more moments than I helped them, especially if you look at my history and how I have been in past years.
'I want to give him a good career. I have a bad taste in my mouth about how I finished the year and how well I was playing and how responsible it was for the people around me. I love so many people in Kansas City, both in that installation and in the community and is now at home for me.
'I don't want to leave that life yet. I got a lot of hard work and concentrated on being the best thing I can be for Kansas City and last year it didn't end well for us.
