According to the documents, Doe said she said Buzbee that she was raped Sean “Diddy” Combs In 2000 and wanted to sue him … but “Buzbee brought Jay-Z in.” She added: “He was the one who prompted me to go forward with Jay-Z.”
Henderson said Doe said she said Buzbee that Jay was on the party where the alleged rape took place, but clearly explained that he was not involved.
Henderson's meeting with doe came a week after this discharge-sie told that Doe told her that Buzbee came “shortly before” and said Jay-Z was at risk of killing her, and that's why she dropped it.
Henderson says Jane Doe explained her 4 times that Jay never attacked her … and when she was asked whether she would sign an affidavit in this effect, she asked: “But how does that help me?”
During the meeting, she says that Doe was calm and relaxed and never seemed to be afraid or intimidated.
Interestingly, Henderson said that she was not hired by Jay or his lawyers to carry out this investigation. She doesn't say who if someone paid it.
One more thing … another Pi, Ian Pillingersubmitted his own affidavit and explained that he had uncovered the story of Doe in a psychiatric facility and said that she was only 90 days before Buzbee a request letter to Jay-Z in her name.
As we reported, Jay Buzbee is sued for blackmail … and only this week he also submitted a separate lawsuit Against Buzbee and Doe for malicious prosecution.
We turned to Buzbee … no word yet.
