Barstool Podcast and influential Brianna Lapaglia has raised the cover of his relationship with Dave Portnoy in the months after his separation with Zach Bryan.
Portnoy, 47, led an attack against Bryan after Lapaglia, nicknamed 'Brianna Chickenfry', said the singer was emotionally abusive during his relationship.
The founder of Barstool Sports released a DISS song called 'Smallest Man' and repeatedly went after him in podcast appearances, calling Bryan a 'scumbag' and 'on Piece of S ***'.
Lapaglia, 25, has joked before the people who think that it is romantically involved with Portnoy, but in a new interview with Elite Daily, he revealed that his relationship is really quite different.
“It's going to hate that I said this, but it's like my dad,” he said.
“Sometimes it has a very hard head, and maybe we adopt different approaches to things, but I always like to obtain their opinion, because I think it is one of the smartest people I have met: I trust Dave with my life.”

Lapaglia used to be co-elbitrion of the BFF BFF podcast with Portnoy, but left the show at the end of 2024.
She paid tribute to her boss after her final appearance, joking about the rumors that they could be together.
“I know that everyone thinks that I and Dave are secret lovers, but in a serious note, the last four years of best friends have been the highlight of my time in Barstool,” he wrote.
“It's sad to see him leave but very excited about what Josh and I have reserved for BFFS.”
Portnoy himself was also forced to address the claims that he was romantically involved with Lapaglia when Grace O'Malley left Barstool in the midst of an apparent dispute with Lapaglia.
'Everyone knows that Grace resigned. I still receive DMS from people like “Dave, you snapped. You are a goat to pick up the side,” Portnoy said.
'People are screwed. The people who publish photos of my ex -wife (Renee Portnoy) online, like “Oh, looks like Bri, so Dave is in love with her.” It is crazy shit.
