Jamie Redknapp believes that Manchester United must show some patience and keep Ruben Amorim.
Since the legendary Sir Alex Ferguson retired after winning his 13th Premier League title in 2013, United has had 10 different managers, including interim bosses, in less than 12 years.
Amorim has been at work for less than four months, but has already faced criticism after many bad actions and results in the field.
The 1-1 draw of Sunday with the arsenal in Old Trafford was the game 26 of Amorim by United. The Red Devils have won only 10 times under the Portuguese so far, losing nine games and drawing seven.
Amorim apologized to fans after Sunday's dead point, during which United had less than 32 percent possession.
He admitted that United supporters would generally want to see more attacking football on his side, but said that a more cautious approach was justified, given the problems of injuries to his team and the quality of his opposition.

Reacting to Amorim's comments about Sky Sports Super Sunday, Redknapp praised the current United Manager for his honesty and also suggested that it had been refreshing to hear him openly criticize his team in recent weeks.
“It's exactly what you have to do, you have to find a way to get results at this time,” said Redknapp. 'That will not be the way he wants to play in the future, he knows. But I really think it is brilliant enough to realize (what is needed).
'We are going to talk about what is their percentage of victories at this time and how well they are. I often hear what a manager says and how much sense speak. And I have heard that other managers previously try to insult almost the intelligence of fans saying: “We actually play well today. Yes, we are really showing some (improvement).” No, you weren't. No, you are not. While this guy understands, the team is not the level that should be '.
Redknapp joined the Panel of Sky Sports Experts by two former United captains in Roy Keane and Gary Neville, who helped the club to master English football in the nineties and 2000.
Pointing to Keane and Neville, Redknapp continued: 'Now, when I look at the Man United team, this squad … How many of them would have put in the squads of these two? Bruno (Fernandes) could have uploaded the Máximo to the bank. Apart from that, none of them.
'So that is how much quality has lowered. So, if you are not going to have such players around you, you must improve it, you must obtain your correct recruitment. And how long will that take? Are those two, three, four windows? Who knows?

The former Liverpool midfielder Jamie Redknapp, was in Old Trafford as an expert at Sky Sports on Sunday
“But he is very aware, and it is probably the first one that really comes out and said:” We are not good enough. “So if you get rid of him, you will go to another manager between and work with an average group of players. They are not good enough.”
Responding to the Diknapp diatribe, Keane pointed out United's current position in the Premier League when he asked: “But do you think this group is better than 14?”
Redknapp replied: 'Absolutely. But that is not just his guilt. But when I look at Bournemouth and what other teams have done and how well they are doing, and you look at the league table and see some of the sides at the bottom, that should not be the case. We know it.
'But I still think that time is of the essence. You cannot continue cutting and changing the managers every week, because that will not succeed here. '
