As our practice with all decreases, if it develops additional information that indicates a probable cause in this case, our office will consider that information and may present the case at that time to a grand jury of Williamson's county.
Worthy could have faced up to 10 years in prison if he is convicted of 'assault against a family or member of the household by preventing breathing or circulation', a serious third grade crime.
