A former police chief in Illinois may want to refresh a refresh on the Miranda rights … “Because he did not silence his right -instead, to insult the police officers who arrested him in a shocking body cam video for Dui.
Walter Klimek – The former police chief in Bridgeview, a suburb of Chicago, was arrested one afternoon in December in the nearby city of the judiciary … and the film material from the street shows the moments that led to police officers that hit the cuffs on him.
Check out the clip … It starts with Klimek, refuses to get out of the car – repeatedly screamed “Let me go” in the park – while the officials gather around the vehicle.
An officer says that Klimk had just been in a pretty bad car wreck – it looks like airbags have been used in the entire vehicle – and they tell him that he should get out of the car … but Walter is only going forward, as if he is ready to drive on.
After all, an officer has to climb through his back to tear down his seat belt and they pull it out … KLUMK leads to screaming in mere agony. It is unclear whether he has actual pain or just throw a tantrum – but one way or another, the bulls are not happy.
When the traffic on the street came onto the street, Klimek loaded on a stretcher – where he expressly apologized to the police with heavy sobs – before he is brought to the train station.
When Walters said Walters that his car was dragged – which he fervently denied, although an officer tells him that he called the towing car himself – and that he was arrested for DUI.
Klimek is also shocked by the arrest … and claims that despite his obvious blurry speech and confusion, he is not drunk. The officer replies that it has no debate – because Klimek had already been charged.
Klimek was charged with offense against arrest and DUI. He was taken to a hospital, but he refused to have pulled blood that would have been used to determine his blood alcohol level.
Chicago station WGN-TV reports Klimek had supposedly accelerated when he met a guardrail and lost control, hit another car and injured another person.
According to climate LinkedInHe became Bridgeview head of the police in 2013. It is unclear when he decided on the role.
We turned to Klimek and the dishes … so far no word back.
