Published
Shohei ohtani And Takashi Murakami I got together in front of the MLB Tokyo series to sign some coveted baseball cards … and it goes without saying that these cardboard pieces will be incredibly valuable.
The Superstar of the Los Angeles Dodgers and the famous Japanese artist teamed up in Tokyo in the local hobby shop Mint Shibuya on Monday … where they opened several boxes of the exclusive Topps X Takashi MLB Tokyo Series Collection.

They appeared on Fanatics live and signed “Redemption Cards” for two tops sets created by Murakami … which is certainly desired by every collector.
CEO from Fanatics Michael Rubin and fanatic Collectibles CEO Mike Mahan Were there witnessed … and Rubin admitted: “Never wanted to keep a card in my life more!”
Of course Murakami, the 2025 Toppps Baseball Series 1-Tokyo Game Exclusive and 2025 Topps X Murakami MLB Tokyo Series Matchup sets … and also created specialmerch before the seasonal opening matchups from Dodgers and Chicago Cubs.
If you consider that the rookie card was sold by Ohtan for 533,000 US dollars at an auction after the Dodgers won the World Series last October, we can only imagine having the value of two legends that are scribbling their Hancocks on the same card !!
