The Menendez brothers I'll be checking out some Christmas classics for dinner tomorrow… what might be behind bars last December 25th.
As you know… Eric And Lyle Menendez are incarcerated at the Rihcard J. Donovan Correctional Facility for the 1989 murder of their parents – but the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office is investigating may support re-sentencing.
However, their hearing isn't until the end of January…so they'll still be spending Christmas in jail tomorrow – and TMZ now knows how they'll mark the day.
A source at the California Department of Corrections told TMZ that Erik and Lyle, like everyone else in the Menendez brothers' group, will have a special dinner of turkey, cake, salad, corn and chocolate milk.
The chocolate milk is a big deal, by the way… because we're told inmates only get it once a year – so it's a very special treat.
The group will play tournaments in the card game pinochle… and there will be non-religious services and visitations organized by outside groups.
However, one big tradition apparently won't happen behind bars… Our source says there will be no exchange of gifts.
As we said…this could be Menendez's last Christmas behind bars – as her fate could be decided in just a few weeks.
