A shocked racing fan has questioned whether Royal Randwick's members' section is truly exclusive after witnessing “incredibly wild” behavior on Boxing Day.
More than 21,000 punters flocked to the track in Sydney's east on Thursday and, according to the angry woman's social media post, many appeared to lack basic decorum.
X user Liz couldn't believe what happened in the most exclusive area of the track and was quick to post about it on social media.
“Well, what an incredibly wild group today at the Randwick Chairman's Club,” he said. scathing post read.

The angry racing fan pointed out that some of the Boxing Day punters mocked Randwick's strict dress code for the Members Reserve.
Her post gained some sympathy online, with another noting “pretty lax security, from the looks of it.”
Regarding the questionable choice of footwear at the Chairman's Club, an ATC spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia: “We believe this is an isolated incident as we ourselves were not informed of the situation.”
The Boxing Day racing program is one of the biggest of the year at Sydney's iconic eastern track, and only in October did the sold-out Everest have more people come through the gates.
Australian Turf Club CEO Matt Galanos was delighted with the large turnout at the track, with punters also enjoying DJ sets and live music.
“This reflects our commitment to delivering memorable, vibrant and value-driven experiences for a diverse audience, especially younger racegoers,” he said.
Boom jockey Zac Lloyd caught the eye when they jumped out of the barriers and finished with a double after winning two races on the programme.
Anna Roper gave the biggest surprise of the day, saluting aboard Audette in race six, paying $15 on the NSW TAB.
