Jens Lehmann wants to sell his £10.7million villa in Germany after reportedly separating from his wife amid ongoing problems in his private life.
The former Arsenal goalkeeper, who won the Premier League in 2004 under Arsene Wenger, has reportedly separated from his wife Conny, 52, who no longer lives at the property after finding a new, younger partner.
The couple, who officially married in 1999, are believed to have been in an on-off relationship for some time; Lehmann, 55, remained in the family home with his children Mats, 24, and Lieselotta, 18. He also adopted Conny's son from his time with former Borussia Dortmund midfielder Knut Reinhardt.
A Munich estate agent has announced the sale of Lehmann's “spectacular villa”, listing the property for €12.9m (£10.7m).
The villa has six bedrooms and six bathrooms spread over three floors, with an elevator connecting the 633 square meters of living space.
Overlooking Munich's Lake Starnberg, the property is described as “extremely representative, bright and sun-drenched rooms” and features an indoor pool, sauna and gym.

Reports of Lehmann's split with Conny came to light at Oktoberfest in September, when she was allegedly seen with friends while he was photographed partying with several young women in a separate area.

Lehmann's neighbors are said to be delighted with his decision to sell the £10.7million villa, with a source telling the German outlet: “Having bad relationships with all your neighbors is a world-class achievement. No one here sheds a tear for him.
'His wife is no longer here. The house is probably too big for him now.
The German angered his neighbors after attacking one of their garages with a chainsaw in 2022, and was He was fined £112,500 in September after being found guilty of property damage and attempted fraud by a German court.
Lehmann's decision to sell the property is believed to be related to his separation from Conny after 25 years, rather than problems with neighbors.
A close friend of the former footballer told the German newspaper: “Jens acts as if everything is fine on the outside. But they have both been living their own lives for a long time. As soon as everything is settled in the house, they will get divorced.
Lehmann and Conny went on a family vacation last summer, but it is believed that the vacation was for the benefit of the children and not for the benefit of romantic feelings between the couple.

Breaking his silence after his drink-driving arrest in September, when a police patrol stopped him in leather pants in Munich's Sendling district while under the influence, Lehmann admitted in November: ” The truth is that I made a mistake because I thought I could drive. That was not the case. I had 0.7 per thousand.
“It was not a good move on my part and I regret it. I misjudged myself and drove two hours after the incident.
'If you have a blood alcohol level of 0.7 per thousand, your driving license will be revoked for four weeks. And so it should be.
“Sometimes they portrayed me as if I was totally drunk, which was not the case at all. There is a follow-up to this. We'll see.'
