Jocelyn Wildensteinoften referred to as “Catwoman” for her cat-centric plastic surgery, was ready to give fans a glimpse into her eccentric life before her death … while filming a new reality show, TMZ has learned.
Production sources tell TMZ… Jocelyn starred in a new reality project about a year ago – although the series is currently in limbo as it hasn't found a home yet.
We're told the series involves producer Christine Peters, who introduced the reality show to her colleague Jeff Jenkins… and shot footage for about a month last year.
Sources say this is an entirely new show… the reality series was not the HBO project that Jocelyn had talked about in the past – which notably never saw the light of day.
We're told the show revolved around Jocelyn's life as she moved from Miami to Los Angeles – which was a huge shock given her reputation as a New York socialite.
According to sources, the show documented Jocelyn and her fiancĂ© Lloyd as he tried to bring his former fashion business back to LA. However, Jocelyn never actually moved to Hollywood – she recently lived in Miami.
We're told Jocelyn was very happy doing the show…she wanted people to get to know her. It sounds like she thoroughly enjoyed the experience too… Sources describe the Catwoman as “happy,” “healthy,” and “a joy to work with.”
Jocelyn's passion for animals and her vibrant social life were also the focus of the series.
It's currently unclear where the reality show stands right now… but we're told the show is fully finished and there's plenty of footage to enjoy. Production sources tell us they're still hoping to find a home for the series… especially given Jocelyn's sudden death.
