- Luke Littler beat Stephen Bunting 6-1 in their World Championship semi-final
- The match was marred by an incident in the crowd in which a fan was dragged away by security.
Chaos unfolded during Luke Littler's semi-final victory over Stephen Bunting on Thursday night when a fan was ejected from Alexandra Palace in embarrassing fashion.
Littler, 17, will face Michael van Gerwen in the World Darts Championship final tonight after the Warrington-born star dispatched Bunting 6-1.
The 17-year-old has joined an exclusive group of players to qualify for back-to-back World Cup finals as he continues his meteoric rise in the sport over the past 12 months.
Littler won more than £1 million in prize money in 2024 and will be in line for a £500,000 check if he beats three-time champion Van Gerwen.
The teen sensation was in fine form on Thursday, but for the thousands of fans in attendance at Ally Pally, their attention was briefly diverted during the crash.
In a video that has gone viral on social media, a fan can be seen being taken out of the stadium by four security guards, two others behind and one in front.
Chaos broke out during Luke Littler's semi-final victory over Stephen Bunting on Thursday night when a fan dressed as a Dalmatian was ejected from Alexandra Palace in embarrassing fashion.
In a clip that has gone viral, the fan was dragged out of Ally Pally by his arms and legs.
The fan then attempted to kick one of the security guards, causing a commotion in the arena.
To add more intrigue to the clip, the troublesome follower was dressed in a full Dalmatian costume that included face paint.
While they were pulling him out by his arms and legs, the individual tried to free himself by kicking one of the security guards.
This caused a brief ruckus when one of the bouncers hit the fan back and attempted to pin him down to prevent him from escaping.
This led to further chaos when another woman, who was presumably associated with the ejected ventilator, attempted to fight with two female security members, before she too was quickly restrained and had her arms pinned behind her back.
After a brief stop, the Dalmatian and the female emerged from the arena while being held.
However, fans made sure to give them support on the way out, with several waving and singing 'cheerio' to rub salt in the wounds, including one hilariously dressed as Mario Kart character Luigi.
It is unclear why the fans were ejected.
The fan dressed as a Dalmatian finally left the arena accompanied by several goalkeepers.
Others mocked both individuals, including Luigi (center left) dismissing them.
Meanwhile, speaking ahead of Friday's blockbuster event, Littler made sure to send a warning to van Gerwen.
'I have gained a lot of experience. Obviously Michael has been to numerous finals and this is the second,” Littler began.
'I know where I went wrong last year and I'm sure I'll fix it. I felt very confident tonight. The best I felt was against Nathan in the quarterfinals, but I'm happy to play with confidence.
'I'm making the shots when I needed to. Stephen was right behind me the entire game and I just couldn't get off the gas.
“Everyone expects it more than me. But if I win seven sets I will be happy.
'It would mean everything (to win). Win seven sets and I'll be over the moon.”
