Skip Bayless finds himself at the center of an explosive lawsuit after being drawn into a battle of sexual exploits by Shannon Sharpe.
That's according to former Fox Sports co-worker Jason Whitlock, who accused Sharpe of “inciting” his former co-host into a “Sex Olympics.”
“He walked around that place like he was banging every makeup and wardrobe girl in the place… (he) was known for running around in the tightest boxer briefs he could find and nothing else.” Whitlock said from the former NFL star.
It has caused Skip Bayless, for lack of a better explanation, to involve him in a pimping competition. Who can have more girls with hair and makeup like them? Do you want to be with them?
He added: “That competition is for idiots, that competition is for people who want to get 'Me Too'd,' that competition is for people who want to end up in a lawsuit, and that's where Skip is.”
Bayless allegedly offered a former colleague $1.5 million to sleep with him, according to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles.
Skip Bayless was lured into battle of sexual exploits by Shannon Sharpe, says Jason Whitlock
Bayless is at the center of an explosive sexual harassment lawsuit filed in Los Angeles
“He started competing with Shannon Sharpe in the sex Olympics,” Whitlock said.
The former Undisputed host, 73, is accused of using his position to “sexually harass women” and “inappropriately touch” a stylist who worked on his show.
Noushin Faraji has made a series of shocking allegations, first reported by Front Office Sports, including that Bayless gave him “prolonged hugs and kisses” on multiple occasions.
Sharpe is not named in the lawsuit and the former NFL star has insisted: “That has nothing to do with me.” But Whitlock believes Sharpe may have helped drag Bayless into a competition for women.
“Understand Skip's personality and how hyper-competitive he is, in a delusional way,” Whitlock said.
'He actually thought the debates on that show (Undisputed) were real.…he's a strange and different guy. So, in his mind, he's competing with Shannon Sharpe.
As a result, Whitlock claimed, Sharpe toyed with Bayless and “lured” him into a battle on a field where he would “never be on the same planet as me.”
“There's a sexual Olympics going on inside the men's locker room…everyone is swapping stories about who they're fucking,” Whitlock explained.
“So Skip Bayless, in his own foolishness, believes he is competing with Shannon Sharpe and Shannon Sharpe's ability to seduce, flirt and win over women within the Fox Sports locker room, makeup and hairstyling wardrobe.”
The lawsuit has been filed by Noushin Faraji, who says he worked at Fox from 2012 to 2023.
The former Fox host, 73, is pictured with his wife of eight years, Ernestine Sclafani.
According to the lawsuit, Bayless “became more aggressive over the years” and later accused Faraji of having sexual relations with Sharpe.
'“This guy is jealous of Shannon Sharpe and sees ghosts everywhere, and Sharpe is putting those ghosts out there,” Whitlock said.
'He started competing with Shannon Sharpe in the sex Olympics, got off his skis, said something stupid and now a lawyer has him and turned it into something else. That's how that boils down.'
Bayless allegedly began making advances toward Faraji after she began working on his popular morning show Undisputed.
She claims he gave her “hugs and lingering kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing her breasts.” He allegedly offered the stylist $1.5 million to have sex with him and claimed it could “change her life.”
The lawsuit says: 'Approximately one week later, Mr. Bayless made another advance on Ms. Faraji. Mrs. Faraji replied, “Stop, stop, you have a wife.” Mr Bayless replied: “Aren't you a Muslim? Doesn't your father have three or four wives?”
'EM. Faraji replied that her father was dead, and when Mr. Bayless seemed taken aback, she made up an excuse to leave.
Faraji claims she filed multiple complaints with Fox Sports' HR department and was “forced to endure a misogynistic, racist and ableist workplace where executives and talent were allowed to physically and verbally abuse workers with impunity.” “.
DailyMail has contacted representatives for Bayless and Sharpe for comment.
A Fox Sports spokesperson told DailyMail.com: “We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation.”
