Morgan Gibbs-White wasted little time responding to Wolves fans' sick jibes about his influencer girlfriend on Monday night.
The attacking midfielder, 24, returned to Molineux with high-flying Nottingham Forest after moving to the City Ground for £42.5million in August 2022.
Wolves fans were unhappy with the way Gibbs-White left the club and routinely boo him whenever he returned to his old stomping ground.
But this time things turned ugly, as sections of the home crowd could be heard chanting “your girlfriend's ass” every time Gibbs-White touched the ball in the early stages of the game.
Gibbs-White had the last laugh, however, as moments after the taunts began, he put Forest ahead in the seventh minute following a quick counter-attack.
He then ran to the corner flag and celebrated by sticking both fingers in his ears to indicate he was blocking out the noise of the Wolves fans.

Gibbs-White and De Villiers have a son, Graysen, who was born in November 2023.
After Chris Wood and Taiwo Awoniyi claimed a 3-0 win to move Forest level on points with second-placed Arsenal, Gibbs-White was asked if the taunts from Wolves fans had spurred him on more than he thought. usual.
“I think it always has the same meaning,” Gibbs White told Optus Sport while explaining his celebration. 'Just block everything they say.
But I don't care. It kind of gives me that edge and more motivation to do better and be successful. But I love it. I think this is what is part of football. The fans enjoyed it a lot, they gave it a go and then we performed on the field. “I'm more than happy that the boys got the three points tonight.”
Gibbs-White was awarded player of the match for his performance at Molineux, and team-mate Ola Aina posted a short video on social media of the attacker enjoying heaping misery on Wolves.
