- Chelsea look to free up space for defensive transfer target Marc Guehi
- Veiga arrived from Basel for £12m over the summer but could leave permanently
- Hear It's all starting! Jack Grealish will not be allowed to roam at Man City… will be sold this summer if things don't change
Chelsea defender Renato Veiga is attracting interest from Premier League clubs Wolves and Bournemouth.
The Cherries would have to make the deal permanent as they already have a Chelsea goalkeeper, Kepa Arizzabalaga, on loan.
Veiga joined Chelsea from Basel in the summer for £12m and can play as a full-back or centre-back, but he has been on the fringes of the first team and Chelsea are set to add another centre-back in Crystal Palace's Marc Guehi.
Stuttgart, Napoli and Juventus are also closely monitoring the development of the 21-year-old player.
Wolves are finalizing the signing of Emmanuel Agbadou from Reims, but they want a second centre-back and know that Portuguese international Veiga would fit into their squad composition.
Chelsea are fielding inquiries over a number of players and midfielder Cesare Casadei is also attracting further interest from the Netherlands and Germany after Torino fell short in their initial attempt to take him.
