Jhene Aiko is the latest celebrity to lose her home in the huge fires surrounding Los Angeles… but luckily it seems like everyone is safe, despite the scary picture she shared.
Aiko posted about the news on Thursday morning… She writes that the Pacific Palisades home she shares with her children and all of her belongings burned to the ground – and now they have to start from scratch.
Jhené also shared a scary image of the fire that engulfed her home… flames consuming the living room in a photo she took from the street.
However, Jhené also thinks of others who experienced this morning's tragedy… adding that she is praying for all those who have “lost their life's work, those who have lost their lives. I pray for my city, pray for wildlife and lost pets. I pray for the world.”
She adds that she's grateful they're all still here…but her heart is heavy during this difficult time.
Some fans called Aiko out for her post… claiming it was easier for her to rebuild because she was rich. Jhené responded to “The Neighborhood Talk” and responded that years of hard work will be over in the blink of an eye — and she hopes her haters never have to experience anything like that.
Aiko was in a relationship with a rapper Big Sean since 2016 and the two have a child together. It is unclear whether they will survive this emergency together.
Jhené isn't the only star losing homes this week. Paris Hilton, Spencer Pratt And Heidi Monday, Anna Faris, Adam Brody And Leighton Meester, Billy Crystal, John Goodman, Eugene Levy, Jeff Bridges, Spelling candy and more have also lost properties.
Several fires broke out in LA this week…the worst of which – the Palisades Fire – has engulfed the wealthy Palisades and Malibu areas. At the time of writing, 17,000 acres have already burned… and there's no sign of it stopping.
