Paris Hilton is donating a nice chunk of change to help those affected by the Los Angeles wildfires.
The socialite posted a message on Instagram on Friday pledging that she would donate $100,000 to support everyone who was displaced when their homes burned to the ground. She will also donate up to an additional $100,000 from other donors.

Additionally, Paris says her heart goes out to those who lost more than just their homes like she didbut also their most valuable possessions and their sense of stability.
She noted that she created the emergency fund through her nonprofit, 11:11 Media Impact, specifically to help parents who no longer have a safe haven for their young children… and emphasized that she, too, is a mother.

In the caption, Paris shared the pain that all the beautiful memories she had made with her family in the house were now gone, but she is happy that her loved ones are alive and out of danger.
She also recognizes that many others are going through the same ordeal and thanks the first responders who are risking their lives to put out the flames.
