Matildas star Mary Fowler has revealed a dramatic new look on Instagram as she posts a photo album summarizing the year she's had in 2024.

Fowler, 21, is back in the UK after a festive season spent with her NRL superstar boyfriend Nathan Cleary, and as frequent travelers tend to do, she made good use of her time on Australian shores.

The Manchester City ace took to Instagram on Tuesday just hours after helping her team beat Ipswich Town 3-0 in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

Included among Fowler's recent photo dump, which he titled “2024 recap,” were images of Cleary, as well as a series of promotional shots.

The sports power couple recently spent time together on Hayman Island as they now continue their long-distance relationship.

Fowler, freshly chosen as one of the Women's Super League fan nominees for December's player of the month, led the line for City against Ipswich.

It was their first match of 2025 as the WSL powers rounded the National League South leaders on Sunday at home.

Although Fowler did not appear on the scoresheet, he continued in good form.

Fowler scored in City's 4-0 WSL win over Leicester on December 9, and also converted a late penalty against Everton in the final league game before the Christmas and New Year holidays.

He was also impressive in European games, specifically against St Pölten and in Barcelona.

Next up for Fowler and his WSL teammates is the derby against Manchester United on January 20.

Both teams are currently in the top four, with Sam Kerr's Chelsea being the team everyone is chasing following their unbeaten state in the league after 10 games.

Elsewhere in the FA Cup, Arsenal's Matildas trio of Steph Catley, Caitlin Foord and Kyra Cooney-Cross saw their home tie against Bristol City at Meadow Park postponed.

Another victim was the tie between Clare Wheeler's Everton and a Tottenham team that was expected to feature Australians Hayley Raso, Clare Hunt and Charli Grant.

Both matches will now be played on January 30.
