The Philadelphia Eagles fan who swore at a Packers supporter during Sunday's playoff game is out of a job — his employer just announced he was fired due to the viral moment.
BCT Partners – a consulting firm specializing in DEI services and solutions – announced the move on Tuesday evening… Project Manager said Ryan Caldwell's words during the confrontation with the Cheesehead woman were “highly offensive and misogynistic,” which contradicts the company's values.
What it's like to go to Philly and just try to cheer on your team…
Unprovoked, inappropriate. Packers tweet help me find this guy…this is not okay
I hate that this happened to my fiancée just because she was cheering for her team pic.twitter.com/aiHCKzxrSS

The company decided to cut ties after an internal personnel investigation…and beat up Caldwell on his way out.
“We strongly condemn the behavior of our former employee,” BCT Partners said in a statement. “This person’s behavior and language were abhorrent, disgusting, unacceptable and terrible and have no place in our workplace or society.”
“Such behavior is not who we are and not what we stand for.”
The company went on to say it offered Caldwell “mercy and support” … as no one “should be remembered for the actions taken on our worst day.”
As we previously reported, it was Caldwell captured on video During the Eagles' 22-10 win in the Wild Card round, she attacked a Green Bay fan – calling her an “ugly, stupid bastard” – and the Philadelphia organization immediately began the punishment process.
